I traveled on hand and knee
Upon the scorching unconquerable deserts
When I had my head turned away from You
The famine in my soul, unquenched,
Remained with Your every bounty
There was a ripping of my soul
With my descent away from You
Like the Moon loses a part of itself
As it leaves its rightful place
The sweet Winds carried Your name to my body
Falling upon my self made deaf ears
I was Ignorance
A hollow reed
I tried to stomp my connection
But my ever faithful soul
Escaped my treacherous body
And flew to Your keep
My every cell cried Your love
My heart was senseless
Without Your presence
Still, life reverberated in me
Held up by inescapable threads
That will always bind me to You
With Your infinite touch
My thirsty eyes drink sunrises, sunsets
Captured, enraptured by Your beauty
My smiles pay homage to Your greatness
My ears are ever alert
Seeking threads of Your praises
Spoken by Your lovers
Both Man and Nature.

As I sit here alone, the tears rolling down my face
It is not salt, but pain that I taste
So I leave now to go stand before You
I am helpless and alone, what else can I do?
I have asked, I have begged but my sins block my du'a
I will come now still begging, forgive me O Allah
Forgive me and grant me what it is that I ask
For me it is impossible but for You a simple task
I try and I try but I do not succeed
But I understand and know it is because Your Words I do not heed
I hear, yes I hear but I do not always obey
Perhaps that is why I am destitute, isolated and why You have written that I will be alone this way
I have no to blame but the person in the mirror I see
No one else must pay for my sins, no one else, no one else, no one else but me
So I stand before You to again beg forgiveness because You said that I can
You have told us in Your Book that You are Ar-Rahman
I will ask, I will beg but my sins block my du'a
But I will keep asking, forgive me O Allah...
I say: "It's impossible" but realized: All things are possible
I say: "I can't do it" but realized: I can do all things
I say: "It's not worth it" but realized: It will be worth it
I say: "I can't forgive myself" but realized: Allah WILL FORGIVE ME
I say: "I'm afraid" but realized: Allah did not grant me a spirit of fear
I say: "I'm not smart enough" but realized: Allah granted me wisdom
I say: "I'm worried and frustrated" but realized: I can cast all your cares on Allah
I say: "I feel alone" but realized: Allah will never leave or forsake me
I say: "Nobody loves me" but realized: Allah LOVES ME

Oh Muslim Women, Don your veil’s
Be safe from the glares of Na Mahram males!
Oh Muslim Mother, protect your beauty, guard your chastity
Draw over you the jilbaab that conceals completely!
OH My Muslim sister, The women of the west are not the best
Darkness is their dress, no light do they possess
Oh Muslim Women,You are a queen within your home
On the streets, for all to view you do not roam
Oh Muslim Mother, with Jannah as your aim and Imaan as your weapon
Stand tall, be proud , you're a believing woman!
Oh my Muslim sister,Let them mock, let them jeer,
it’s all that they do!
You have what they do not ,
and that is the fear of Allah within you
I am Muslim women, let me say it aloud
I bow my head, lower my gaze and and remain in my protective shroud!

Don't you know???
That one day you’re going to leave this world and go.
So haven’t you ever thought,
What’s going to happen to you in Allah’s court?
You might not think its relevant now,
But Allah’s going to question when did you prostrate and bow?
So you see,
That this world is only temporary.
So cherish every moment,
Even when you are in mistreatment,
Because life is the ultimate test.
And Allah knows the very best.
Now all you have to do
Is place your trust in Allah,
And He’ll be there for you.
Remember to keep Allah in your heart,
So you don’t fall apart,
Because the hardest thing will be
When you say, why did this happen to me?
And you’re going to want answers,
When things don’t go your way
But you’ve forgotten that Allah’s already given you chances,
Then what will you say?
Just repent, and ask for forgiveness
Because Allah is the One who gives happiness.
So, I hope you understood,
That there will be good,
If you just be faithful
And Allah will be most Grateful.
Now that you see,
All you need to be
Is Allah’s devoted Slave,
Then it’ll be you, whom He will save.

A Muslim Woman[Written By: MuSLIm gIrLx]
She conceals her beauty
Obstructs the radiance from seeping through
Cloaks her seductivity
Refuses to submit to the wordly desires
Preserves her atractiveness and charm
Protects the diamond within
She is left savorless
Banal
Insipid
Vapid
Yet she remains veiled.
She is ridicled by prejudice
Mocked by displayed beauty
Taunted by the devil.
It shatters her patience
Lowers her self esteem
But only for a split of a second.
She remains veiled.
Its strange
Incomprehensible
Yet marvelous
It's faith
The world made me blind, but that openend my eyes to ALLAH..
The world made me deaf, but it opened my eyes to hear the words of ALLAH..
The world made me a slave but that leaded me to be free by following the Sunnah of the prophet Muhammad (SAW)
The world made me a sinner, but that made me admit to ask for forgiveness,
So all this time I thought the world hated me, proved to be true love, Love of ALLAH!! ♥♥♥ :) :) :)
I LOVE ALLAH :: Striving Heaven
Posted: Sunday, February 13, 2011 by Ayesha Farheen in Labels: ISLAMin this life do my best and try
Stay on that path You have prescribed
not that which society in my head has imbibed
Every good deed I do is in Your name
because for Your great heavens is what I aim
I thank You for the blessings You've given
and for all sins and bad deeds You have forgiven
I thank You for always being by my side
led me and been my One and only Guide
I pray all good I do You approve
and always in my deen and iman I improve
Only You in this world do I praise
every time I pray and my hands I raise
I hope that in my mind will always be the hereafter
and the characteristics of the prophet's wives I take after
I hope on Qiyamah I'll receive my book in my right
and stand with my face shining so bright
Inshallah by those who do good I will stand
and away from the acts of those which You have banned
Grant me the Jannahs in which rivers flow
and please make my soul and face on that day glow.
For You I will always be a slave
through the hardships and high waves
So Allah... for Your forgiveness I plea
because Your mercy and forgiveness are the only key
To Your heavens which You've promised to the righteous believers
and not Jahannam promised to the nonbeliever

Hijab literally means screen, curtain, partition and concealment. In Islamic way, the word means to cover, conceal or hide oneself from the view of others.
"Indeed, the first House [of worship] established for mankind was that at Makkah – blessed and a guidance for the worlds."
Kaaba is the center of the holiest place of worship in Islam i.e. the Sacred Mosque of Mecca (Masjid Al-Haram also known as Masjid-Al-Nabuvi). This is Baitullah, the House of Allah. it was originally built by Hazrat Abraham at the commands of Allah (God).

The Kaaba is a cube-shaped building in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, and is the most sacred site in Islam.[2] The building predates Islam, and, according to Islamic tradition, the first building at the site was built by Ibrahim. The building has a mosque built around it, the Masjid al-Haram. All Muslims around the world face the Kaaba during prayers, no matter where they are.
The Holy Kaaba is a history within itself. According to the Qur'an, the Kaaba was re-built by Ibrahim (Abraham) and his son Ismāʿīl (Ishmael).[13] Islamic traditions assert that the Kaaba "reflects" a house in heaven called al-Baytu l-Maʿmur and that it was first built by the first man, Adam and is believed that it is the first building ever built on earthAnd as Allah wished to chose this desert land as a gathering place for Muslims, glory soon shaded the land of sand and stones.
Maqam-e-Ibrahim is recognised as a stone bearing the footprints of Prophet Ibrahim, whose way of path should be followed, following the footprints of this Prophet of Allah, to ensure one remains steadfast in the right path.
The Black Stone(Hajr-e-Aswad) is a significant feature of the Kaaba, believed by Muslims to be placed there by Ibrahim (Abraham) and Ismail (Ishmael).[10] Located at the eastern corner of the Kaaba, it is about 30 cm (12 in) in diameter and surrounded by a silver frame.
Hajr-e-Aswad, the starting point of the Tawaaf around the Kaaba, has a history which is less well-known, Hajr-e-Aswad was first angel to bear witness to the oneness of God, and the prophethood of Prophet .Muhammed. Yet his witness went one step further, and declared Imam Ali as the rightful successor to the Prophet. Amongst the angels, there were none who had a greater amount of love Prophet Muhammed and his progeny. It was this stone which proved to the doubtful ones that the next Imam after Imam Hussain, was his son. Although not strictly obligatory, pilgrims can kiss the Stone, as Muhammad is said to have done.
As the pagans traditions resulted in 360 idols taking centre place in the Kaaba, the Holy Prophet looked upon this sight with sadness, and following a period of eight years in Madina, returned, to cleanse the House of Allah from idols. It was with Ali on his shoulders that the final and largest idol was removed from the roof of the Kaaba, while reciting the ayah of the Quran,"Truth has come, and falsehood has departed. Indeed is falsehood, ever bound to depart."
Kaaba serves as a focal and unifying point among the Muslims around the world. All the Muslims round the globe perform/observe their daily prayers facing towards (keeping their face towards) the Ka'aba from wherever they are. Muslims do not worship Kaaba itself, as may appear to followers of other religions, but it is the most sacred place for muslims and serves as focal point for them. During the annual Hajj pilgrimage and Umrah pilgrimage, Muslims perform ritual circumambulation known as "Tawaf" (walk around around the Ka'aba in a counter-clockwise direction.
From this, one sees that history itself bears witness to the importance which has been placed upon the Kaaba by the Lord of the Worlds, and the words of Nahjul Balagha are used to conclude the importance of fulflling the wajib act of Hajj.
